Agilivant LLC, a software development firm, has leased 1,650 square feet of office space at Stonemill Business Center, 204 S.E. Stonemill Drive, Suite 135, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Tamara Fuller also represented the tenant.
Meniscus Group LLC has purchased 11.11 acres of industrial land at Northeast Union Ridge Parkway and Northeast 74th Avenue, Ridgefield. The purchase price was $2,249,000. Peter Stalwick, Steven Klein, Zach Francis and Brian Hatcher of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the seller.
