Low- to moderate-income homeowners who are facing foreclosure can get free legal help from the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program.

The Home Foreclosure Project provides legal advice, information on foreclosure alternatives, and education about homeowner rights during the foreclosure process.those eligible will be scheduled for an appointment with a volunteer attorney. It’s possible that the volunteer attorney will request mediation, which suspends the foreclosure process until mediation is completed.
