Letter: Vote McEnerny-Ogle for council

The Columbian
Published: October 7, 2013, 5:00pm

We, the people of Vancouver, have a special opportunity to elect a new face to the Vancouver City Council: Anne McEnerny-Ogle. McEnerny-Ogle is a former public school educator and has moved from teaching the “3 R’s” to now emphasizing the “3 I’s” of public service — “Interest, Involvement, Integrity.”

She works tirelessly in our community, from Boy Scout leader to neighborhood association activist to current president of the Day Break Youth Services advisory board. This is where I experienced first-hand her commitment and organizational skills.

Join me in voting McEnerny-Ogle for the Vancouver City Council.
