Camas-based K&F Ventures & Holdings has submitted plans to build a hotel and commercial development in east Vancouver at the busy crossroads of Southeast 192nd Avenue and 20th Street.

The city will hold a Jan. 9 public land-use hearing on the proposal, dubbed the 192nd Plaza West. Planned for the southwest corner of the intersection, the project would include a four-story, 83-unit hotel and a 10,000-square-foot building for retail or other uses.

Written comments on the project received by city planners by Nov. 13 will be incorporated into a staff report issued by Vancouver’s Community and Economic Development Department. Comments received after that date will be presented at the hearing.
