SEATTLE — You’ve heard of secondhand smoke. Have you heard of secondhand pot?

The Seattle Police Department says a thrift store employee called authorities Thursday after finding a large bag of marijuana in a donation bin. The bag contained 2.5 pounds of pot, an amount generally worth at least a few thousand dollars.

Thrift stores don’t accept such product. Police say an officer has taken the marijuana and placed it into evidence for destruction.
