SEATTLE — A Seattle-bound Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta that made an emergency landing Monday night in Pasco finally landed about 6 a.m. Tuesday at Sea-Tac Airport.

FAA spokesman Allen Kenitzer says Flight 2329 declared an emergency due to a fire warning light issue. The Boeing 757 landed without incident at the Tri-Cities airport.

After finally arriving at Sea-Tac, passengers told KOMO they had been told a sensor indicated a fire in the cargo hold, which turned out to be a false alarm. There were 183 passengers on the plane.

KNDU-TV reported some of the passengers were to be bused from Pasco while others waited for the plane to be cleared to continue the flight.

A Delta spokesman did not immediately return a call for information.
