Mike Miller unhappy investment details released

MIAMI (AP) — Former Miami Heat forward Mike Miller says he is unhappy some of his private business matters were disclosed regarding a case where he lost money to a man accused of operating a multimillion-dollar real-estate fraud.

Miller, now with the Memphis Grizzlies, says he is not sure exactly how much money he lost in the scam. Miller was among three players who were allegedly introduced to Haider Zafar by a team employee.

The player’s attorney told The Miami Herald that settlement talks have stalled. Miller adds that he has not personally spoken with Heat officials about the matter.
