OLYMPIA (AP) — Gov. Jay Inslee and his wife, Trudi, will be dressed as pirates as they hand out candy at the governor’s mansion on Halloween.
Trick-or-treaters in the area are invited to come to the mansion, next to the Capitol, between 6 and 7:30 Thursday, Inslee spokesman Jaime Smith said.
