Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Firehouse Subs, a restaurant, has leased 2,239 square feet of retail space at Columbia Tech Center at Columbia Crossing, 18151 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 102, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Jeff Olson of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the landlord.

KR&E Investments Inc., a real estate inspection company, has leased 136 square feet of retail space at Bridgeport Retail Center, 312 S.E. 123rd Ave., Suite A-7, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Lynn and Daniel Loewen, doing business as Mod Haus, have leased 720 square feet of retail space at Heritage Place, 302 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. The business will sell men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry and accessories. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Vine Street Investments LLChas purchased 6.6 acres from Haagen Properties LLC for $3,749,343. The site is at the southwest corner of Northeast Ninth Street and Northeast 136th Avenue. The buyer, a developer, was awarded the contract to build a new building for the Department of Social and Health Services, to be completed by Nov. 1, 2014. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Evan Parker of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.

Washougal Sport & Spine, a tenant at Washougal Town Square, will move to Suite 136, which is 2,790 square feet, in early 2014. The tenant and the landlord, Lone Wolf Development, represented itself in the transaction.

When the Shoe Fits, a shoe retailer, has renewed its lease at Mill Plain Plaza II, 819 S.E. 160th Ave., Suite 100, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.
