Washington to release September jobs report with October's

The state Employment Security Department said Wednesday that the September employment report will be combined with the October report, which is slated for Nov. 20 release. Combined Clark County reports will be released Nov. 26.

The September report was supposed to come out on Oct. 16, and October's was scheduled to be issued Nov. 14. Both were delayed because of the federal government shutdown this month.

The employment report includes payroll and unemployment figures for the state and all of its counties.

State data for November are expected to be released Dec. 18; county numbers for that month on Dec. 24. The state report for December is expected on Jan. 23, while the county report for that month will be issued Jan. 28.
