PORTLAND (AP) — Police say detectives are investigating a homicide in northeast Portland.
According to Sgt. Pete Simpson, officers found the victim slumped in a vehicle late Thursday morning. Homicide detectives were called after a preliminary investigation.
The victim’s name had not been released Thursday.
