Hazel Dell on graffiti watch

Northeast Hazel Dell — The Northeast Hazel Dell Neighborhood Association is pledging to do what it can to clean up all identified graffiti in its area, but it needs help from residents to locate vandalism. If you know of a tag in the neighborhood, you can send the location and a photo to dougballou@comcast.net who is gathering details for a graffiti-removal project.
