TORONTO (AP) — Toronto FC traded forward Maximiliano Urruti to the Portland Timbers for forward Bright Dike, a first-round draft choice in 2015 and allocation money.

Toronto also sent an international roster spot in the deal.

The international roster slot in the deal expires on Dec. 31.

Toronto also gets to hold 20 percent of Urruti’s rights, so it will profit if he is sold. Toronto has three first-rounders in the 2015 draft.

The Urruti trade could be the first of other moves for Toronto FC. Some could happen this week before MLS rosters are frozen Friday at 5 p.m.

Urruti had just 37 minutes of action with Toronto in two substitute appearances.
