NEW YORK (AP) — Bryce Harper has returned to the Washington Nationals’ lineup after missing four games because of a sore left hip.

Harper was batting cleanup and playing left field Wednesday night in New York against the Mets.

Harper is hitting .273 with 19 home runs and 49 RBIs in 101 games.

The 20-year-old Harper was scratched from the lineup Saturday at Miami. He later returned to Washington for a medical checkup.

The two-time All-Star has dealt with injuries for much of the season. He was slowed by a bad left knee after running into a wall at Dodger Stadium in mid-May.
