GOSPEL MUSIC FEST will feature music by Mac Potts, The Classic Gospel Sons, the Battle Ground High School Jazz Choir and the AME Zion choir, 4 p.m. at Battle Ground United Methodist Church, 10300 N.E. 199th St., Battle Ground. THE CHOR ANNO CHOIR will perform at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Presbyterian Church. Twenty-five Northwest professional choral conductors are joining together to perform as the Chor Anno Choir. AUTHOR AND BASKET MAKER Mary Schlick will speak at 10:30 a.m. at the annual Native American celebratory service at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, at 161 Lutheran Church Road, Stevenson. Schlick will speak about her experiences living on the Colville Indian Reservation. A potluck will follow the service.

WEDNESDAY

SOUP AND BREAD DISCUSSIONS, 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays through Nov. 13 at Camas Friends Church, 1004 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. The free meetings will begin with a simple meal and fellowship, followed by a time of focused teaching and discussion in the church community room. Discussion topics will come from the workbook, “Healthy Children, Healthy Planet,” assembled by the Northwest Earth Institute. 360-834-2446.
