Semi-pro ultimate match slated in Camas

Major League Ultimate is coming to Clark County.

The Portland Stags semi-pro team will open its season April 12 at Doc Harris Stadium in Camas.

The 6 p.m. match against the Vancouver (B.C.) Nighthawks will be the first of two at Doc Harris. Portland will also host the San Francisco Dogfish on May 3 at 1 p.m.

After that, the Stags will use Mt. Hood Community College and South Eugene High School as their home fields.

Major League Ultimate is an eight-team semi-pro league in its second season. Their 10-game season lasts through June.
