o Sigma Design, based in Vancouver, has hired Jamie Kelso as a mechanical engineer and Gary Dupuy as a manual and CNC machinist. Kelso holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University. His design experience includes electronic devices, fixtures, motion systems, and mobile applications. Dupuy recently completed an associate degree in machining technology at Clark College. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army National Guard after completing multiple tours abroad.

o Five Clark County leaders have joined the Clark College Alumni association board of directors. They are: Jay Gilberg, a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network; Mari Jessup, an administrative assistant with Horenstein Law Group; Chandra Chase, communication director at the Great Vancouver Chamber of Commerce; Carson Legree, former professor at the school and currently director of Clark’s Archer Gallery and Jennifer Campbell, a student at the college. Each board member will serve a three-year term and work on a variety of projects. The Foundation was established in 1973.

o Columbia Credit Union has hired Ron Bertolucci as vice president business lending. Bertolucci, who has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno and a master’s from City University-Seattle, brings more than 30 years of business experience. He will join a team of four Columbia lending professionals.

o Second Step Housing has added Amy Ellings-Villemyer to its board of directors. Ellings-Villemyer works as a senior human resources professional at SEH America in Vancouver. She has 18 years of experience in human resources and community relations.
