• Leadership Clark County has appointed Jeff Groff, Matthew Herring and Kathleen Myers to its volunteer board of directors. Groff is with Clark Public Utilities. Herring works for Underwriters Laboratories, and Myers is with Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency. Founded in 1993, Leadership Clark County is a nonprofit, nonpartisan civic leadership development program.

• Will Lutgen and Scott M. Lindsay have formed Symbios Consulting, based in Vancouver, which will provide business counseling, industry marketing and government affairs services to energy and technology companies in seven states, including Washington. Lutgen recently retired from the Northwest Public Power Association, and Lindsay recently served as the association’s director of government relations and regulatory affairs.
