Two Clark County nursing centers operated by Vancouver-based Prestige Care Inc. have been recognized by Qualis Health as among the top-performing skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Idaho and Washington state.
Prestige Care and Rehabilitation in Camas and Discovery Nursing & Rehab in Vancouver earned the recognition from Qualis Health in a review called the National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative, which seeks to improve quality of care for patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Participation in the collaborative was a voluntary effort to measure the quality of the participant communities.
The two Prestige-operated centers were recognized for their outstanding care outcomes for patients, as determined by a series of tracking measures, the company said in a news release. Qualis Health is a nonprofit health care quality improvement and consulting organization.
