• The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes has named Stacey Gibbins as its new director of programs. Gibbins has bachelor's and master's degree from The College at Brockport State University of New York. The Association is a charitable organization that provides programming to over 1,000 individuals of all ages and ability levels with visual impairments.

• Jennifer Baker has been named deputy district director of the Small Business Administration's Portland district office, which serves Clark County. Baker has served as an economic development specialist at the Portland district office since 2011. Prior to her work with the SBA, Baker gained 12 years of experience in business management and international trade/commercial policy.
