The Clark Public Utilities Board of Commissioners on Tuesday is expected to adopt largely status-quo electric and water system budgets for 2015. The board also will discuss the performance and salary of Wayne Nelson, the utility’s CEO and general manager. Nelson’s current salary is $245,000.

The board will review those and other matters during its regular public meeting at 9 a.m. at the Vancouver Service Center, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way.

The utility proposes a $367.8 million budget for its electric system in 2015. That compares with this year’s budget of $367.5 million. For its water system, the utility proposes a budget of $16.53 million in 2015. That compares with this year’s budget of $16.37 million.

No rate increases are proposed for either system.
