The Dec. 4 story “GOP adds to claims against auditor” makes me wonder who’s running the local Republican Party. Sure sounds like David Madore, who gave a donation of thousands of dollars to the GOP during the recent election, may have been involved with these idiotic claims against Auditor Greg Kimsey. Hardly anyone I talked to read the Voters’ Pamphlet. I didn’t bother, as my mind was already made up; not even The Columbian influenced me. The two elected commissioners did that long before the home rule charter statement came out. The two M&M boys, with their ridiculous, selfish and arbitrary actions, did that.
If the Republican Party wants to do something constructive, why don’t they work toward getting a better turnout of voters in the next election? Probably the M&M boys will help considerably.
