Boys basketball: Union 69, Marysville-Pilchuck 55

Riley Hawken scored 19 points and Thomas Lampkin Jr. had 18 points and four steals as the Titans won their opening game at the Curtis Holiday Tournament.

Union will play O’Dea at 7 p.m. today in one semifinal.

Union got a big jump early on Marysville-Pilchuck, taking a 22-8 lead after the first quarter.
