Behind an 18-0 run in the third quarter, Federal Way was able to pull away from Battle Ground in the 4A bi-district tournament.

Federal Way set the tone early by getting out in transition for easy baskets and getting to the foul line.

Battle Ground battled back in the second and third quarters, led by Damian Ford who scored 13 points.

Battle Ground cut the Federal Way lead down to six points in the third quarter before Federal Way unleashed a barrage of six three-pointers that allowed them to be in the Driver’s seat the rest of the way.

Devin Johnson had nine rebounds to go along with 12 points on the evening.

Battle Ground tried continued to try to cut into the lead but Federal Way was able to put the game away at line.
