SEATTLE (AP) — Police are looking for two men and a woman who were seen running away after a man was shot to death Sunday night in a north Seattle parking lot.
The victim, 54-year-old David L. Peterson, had called 911 to say he was being robbed at gunpoint for his cellphone. When officers arrived he was dead.
KIRO reports the three suspects also are accused of taking a bank bag of cash from a waitress at a nearby restaurant minutes before the fatal shooting.
Peterson and his wife moved to Seattle about two years from San Diego. She works in the King County prosecutor’s office.
