A community discussion on the proposed oil terminal at the Port of Vancouver has been scheduled for March 1 at the Kiggins Theatre, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
All citizens who are interested in gaining more information or who would like to be part of the conversation should attend. The potential impact of this project, coupled with the proposed coal exports, could change our environment and quality of life in this area. Citizens should not leave this decision to just a few. We must all be aware of changes in our city and county if we are investing in our, and our children’s, futures in the Pacific Northwest. Come, listen, learn, and contribute for our mutual good.
