Letter: Benton’s behavior not improving

The Columbian

How does state Sen. Don Benton, R-Vancouver, stay employed? In a Jan. 6 story “Benton, Rivers both blamed in conflicts,” here is his most recent achievement from his written appeal, “I did not call her a ‘trashy trampy-mouthed little girl,'” Benton wrote. “I said that she was acting like a ‘trashy trampy-mouthed little girl’ as an illustration of how very out-of-place her language was as a state senator.”

He would not be working for me and he is an embarrassment for Clark County and the state of Washington.
