Bagley Downs — The Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools recently added two new board members. Danette LaChappelle, a senior vice president and chief communications officer for iQ Credit Union, and Ryan Hart, district director for U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, will now help guide the nonprofit in its efforts to support the school district.
