Admission at two popular sites in Clark County will be free Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Fort Vancouver National Historic Site and the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge are among the federally managed lands waiving entry fees for the Monday holiday.

Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, 1001 E. Fifth St., is one of 401 national parks. Popular parks in Washington that typically charge an entry fee include Olympic National Park and Mount Rainier National Park in Washington.

The Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, includes the Carty Unit, northwest of town, and the River S Unit, southwest of Ridgefield.
