The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

HEISSON: HFI Consultants seeks approval to construct the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church–Heisson, a 33,000-square foot building, plus associated parking. YACOLT: The town of Yacolt proposes to place a monopole cellular communications tower, up to 175 feet tall, plus related communications equipment on a 50-foot by 50-foot compound. The proposed site is near the intersection of Hoag Street and South Spruce Avenue, adjacent to the existing MCI satellite dishes, in Yacolt. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant.
