The Columbian’s 2014 Economic Forecast Breakfast, “Turning Promise into Prosperity,” presented by Riverview Community Bank, will be 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St. The keynote panel includes Jon Roberts of TIP Strategies; Scott Bailey, Employment Security Department regional economist; and Rick Goode, CEO of Columbia Machine Inc. Four breakout sessions will follow the keynote address.
