Nominees for high school winter sports athlete of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Jan. 25. Voting will conclude at 8 p.m. Thursday with results published in Friday’s Columbian.

TYLER BARTON, HUDSON’S BAY BOYS BASKETBALL: Barton scored 33 points in a double-overtime loss to Prairie, then had a solid overall game against Fort Vancouver with 14 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, steal steals and three blocks.

TIFFANY BECKER, MOUNTAIN VIEW BOWLING: Becker had the high game of the week with a 250 that helped the Thunder score a team-record 2,210 in a win over R.A. Long.

KASEY CALWELL, CAMAS SWIMMING: Calwell won the 200-meter individual medley (2:13.77) and 100 breaststroke (1:04.08) in state-qualifying times in a win over Union, Mountain View, Evergree and Heritage.

MARION LILLY, COLUMBIA RIVER GIRLS BASKETBALL: Lilly averaged 14.3 points over three games (all wins), including the game-winning basket against Ridgefield.

NICOLE MOSS, HERITAGE GYMNASTICS: Moss won the bars, beam and floor to post an all-around score of 35.3 in a win over Columbia River.
