• Kim Hash was installed as president of the 2014-2015 Vancouver Metro Sunset Rotary on June 24 at its annual dinner. Hash is director of development and communication at Share. Other officers include David Commeree, president-elect; Rob Thomas, president-elect nominee and secretary; and Lyle Smith, treasurer. Thomas was named Rotarian of the Year.

• Renee Bartocci joined Washington State University Vancouver on July 9 as executive assistant to Chancellor Emile “Mel” Nezhammer. She will provide leadership support to the chancellor by overseeing the office’s administrative activities at events and meetings. Bartocci is a marketing and project management professional who spent much of her career at Hewlett-Packard.

• The Building Industry Association of Clark County has hired Stephanie Frisch as public relations coordinator. Frisch was co-founder and co-producer of the Better Living Show, a sustainable living event, from 2007-2013. She has also worked as marketing manager for the Clark County Events Center at the Fairgrounds and director of marketing for the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland.
