More than 350 participants took to water, bicycles and running shoes for the Girlsfriends and Dudes Triathlon on Sunday at Frenchman’s Bar Park.
Marco Ramirez, 20, was the overall winner for the second year in a row, completing the half-mile swim,
12.5-mile bike and 3-mile run in 1 hour, 1 minute and 54 seconds. He won by nearly six minutes.
Roxanne Wegman was the women’s winner in 1:13:04. She was 11th overall.
Results will be published in Tuesday’s Community Sports Scoreboard.
