PORTLAND — A 19-year-old man was shot to death Tuesday night on a street in southeast Portland.
Neighborhood residents heard shots and found the man collapsed in a yard where he died.
Witnesses told police they saw a white SUV or truck leaving the scene near Southeast 57th Avenue and Harold Street.
