• Ben Campbell has been appointed to the board of directors of the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. Campbell is the digital strategist for The Columbian.

• U.S. Bank Wealth Management announced that Cindy Luckman, senior vice president and managing director of the Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank in Vancouver, was named to the board of the Clark County Food Bank. Luckman has more than 18 years in the financial services industry and leads a team of wealth management professionals. Luckman and her family recently returned to the area from Cincinnati, Ohio.

• Jason Presser, who has spent the past seven years in financial services, is the new assistant manager for the east Vancouver branch of Heritage Bank. He is on the board of the Fruit Valley Foundation.
