Staff changes made at resource centers

Vancouver Public Schools announced the following staff changes at its Family-Community Resource Centers.

Tamara Shoup, Family-Community Resource Center partnerships coordinator, will become director of family engagement and FCRCs.

Alishia Topper, city of Vancouver councilor and former senior development director for Fort Vancouver National Trust, will be director of strategic partnerships.

Catherine MacCallum-Ceballos, formerly the FCRC site coordinator at Discovery Middle School, will be the technical assistance coordinator.

Chris Olsen, executive director for teaching and learning, will serve as the task force leader. Karla Schlosser will continue to oversee Title I resources allocated to the FCRCs.

The centers offer families a range of support services at 13 schools in the district.
