NAVAL ACADEMY GRADUATION
Marine Corps 2nd Lt. Jarrett K. Brant, son of Jeff and Kris Brant, recently graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and was commissioned as an officer in the Marine Corps. Following graduation, 2nd Lt. Brant has been assigned to Marine Corps Base Quantico. He is a
2010 graduate of Union High School.
Navy Ensign Michael S. Madrid, son of Kendra and Ramon Madrid of Vancouver, recently graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and was commissioned as an officer in the Navy. Madrid has been assigned to pursue a degree in technology policy from Cambridge University in England. He is a 2010 home school graduate.
BASIC TRAINING
Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Lura K. Dexheimer has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. Dexheimer is the daughter of Elaine Dexheimer of Vancouver and Charles Dexheimer of Portland. She is a 2010 graduate of Hudson’s Bay High School.
Air Force Airman Zackary A. Dossett has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. Dossett is the son of Holly and John Dossett of Washougal and a 2010 graduate of Washougal High School.
