• Derek Woodson has joined Vancouver-based Sigma Design as senior account manager. He previously worked for Flextronics, where his responsibilities included international account management. He has a bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering from Western Washington University, a master’s degree in engineering management from Washington State University and a master’s degree in business administration from WSU.

o Dan Bingham and Della Grenier have joined Biggs Insurance Services. Bingham, who has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in biology from the University of Montana, will be a producer and account manager. He was a biologist for the U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for three years. Grenier, who has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, will be an account manager for the commercial lines department. Travis Anderson, a Biggs Insurance commercial lines producer, will enter a six-month training program to expand his insurance knowledge.

o Attorney Eva Luchini has joined the Pabst Holland & Renolds, PLLC firm. Her practice covers estate planning, trust administration, probate and planning for minor children.

New business news

• Ken and Sheila Askelson have opened Twisted Wrenches Auto Repair at 2852 N.E. 65th Ave., Unit E, Vancouver. Ken Askelson has more than 25 years of automotive experience. The shop works on foreign or domestic cars with electrical or mechanical problems.
