Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

AEES Inc., an automobile electronic design company, has renewed its lease at Tidewater Cove, 5701 S.E. Columbia Way, Vancouver. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Ted Uzelac of Fisher & Company represented the tenant.

The Association of Christian Schools International has leased 1,136 square feet of office space at McGillivray Place, 16703 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver, from Smarty Jones LLC and Piazza Street LLC. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is July 1.

Boomer Fitness, a personal fitness gym, has leased 2,630 square feet at Cascade Village, 808 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 3, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Craciun Palms LLC has purchased a 7,030-square-foot retail building at 13025 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, from Palms 7 LLC. The purchase price was $1,975,000. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer and Derek Federinko, Steve Mack, Matt Peters and Blake Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

DDN Interior Supply, a cabinet design and manufacturing company, has leased 1,200 square feet of space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from 18th Street Holdings LLC to accommodate its expanding business. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

John and Nancy Debosz have leased 1,500 square feet of space for a martial arts studio at 1331 N. Goerig St., Suite A, Woodland, from PeaceHealth St. John. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is July 1.
