The Portland Winterhawks reached the 50-win mark for the second straight season with a 4-1 victory over the Vancouver Giants on Saturday at the Moda Center.
Oliver Bjorkstrand, Brendan Leipsic each had a goal and an assist for Portland (50-13-2-3), and Chase De Leo and Keegan Iverson also scored.
The game was a possible first round playoff preview, as Portland is second in the Western Conference while Vancouver is seventh.
