Alicia’s Auto Repair has leased 3,600 square feet of industrial space at 3100 N.E. Minnehaha, suites A and B, Vancouver, from M2J Investment Group LLC. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

CaptiveAire Systems, manufacturer and retailer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, has leased 1,200 square feet at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2702 N.E. 114th Ave., Building J, Suite 2, Vancouver. The space will be used as a showroom and office. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

DS Fabrication & Design has leased 14,189 square feet of warehouse and office space at the Port of Camas-Washougal, 3805 Truman St., Washougal. The anticipated move-in date is May 1. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

Ivy Nails & Spa has leased 1,427 square feet of retail space at Palms Plaza 7, 13025 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Suite 103, Vancouver, from Palms 7 LLC. Elena Hopper and Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Pepperidge Farms, providing baked products to grocery outlets, has leased office space at 717 N.E. 61st St., Vancouver, from 4 A’s LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

RK Property Holdings has purchased 1.86 acres of industrial-zoned land at 6209 N.E. 121st Ave., Vancouver, from Emmett S. Sharp. The price was $425,000. Gordon Lewis and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
