The Interstate 5 southbound offramp to Mill Plain Boulevard has reopened after it was briefly blocked due to a crash.
A crash was reported at 8:51 a.m., and blocked the left lane of the offramp for about 15 minutes.
An earlier report of a robbery in Hazel Dell proved to be unfounded, although law enforcement did respond to the same offramp as a result of the report.
