Couve Couture’s Spring Fashion Show will be April 12 at the Red Lion Hotel at the Quay, 100 Columbia St. The event’s organizers are anticipating 800 attendees, with more than 200 local models, hairstylists, makeup artists, technicians and caterers involved.

The runway will be filled with new pieces by Seth Aaron Henderson, two-time “Project Runway” winner, along with collections by returning designers Dawn Elise, Kelsey Lovelle Jennrich, Lydia Wagner, Stephanie Lynn of Sweet Spot Skirts and Alisa Ann of Most Everything Vintage. Portland designer Bryce Black, another “Project Runway” alumnus, returns as the show’s guest designer.

The show’s debut designers, Carlie Bailes, Caryn Stockwell of Second Star Designs and Kate Beeman, were selected at Couve Couture’s live auditions during November’s Festival of the Trees event. Nike Pappas, winner of Couve Couture’s junior designer scholarship, will also showcase her collection.
