The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.
In January, the Nursing Commission ended conditions on the credential of registered nurse Traci Anne Phillips.
In January, the Pharmacy Commission charged pharmacy assistant and pharmacy technician Mathew James Webb with unprofessional conduct. Charges say Webb was arrested after his employer detained him in connection with diverting controlled substances. Webb allegedly admitted diverting controlled substances from patients and from his employer for his own use.
