PORTLAND — Portland police are investigating whether there are any connections between two drive-by shootings.
Investigators say the shootings were at about 7 p.m. Friday and about 3 a.m. Saturday, a mile apart in Southeast Portland.
A 17-year-old male was injured in the Friday shooting. His injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
Officers detained three people possibly connected to that shooting.
In the Saturday shooting, a 32-year-old man was injured and taken to a hospital for treatment. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
The Gang Enforcement Team is investigating.
