JCC Holdings LLC has purchased a 6,000-square-foot retail building at 328 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Sandra Fischer Trust for $610,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates, and Greg L. Goforth of Windermere/Crest Realty Co., represented the buyer. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial Premiere Partners represented the seller.
