Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel has been selected as a finalist for a Livestrong Community Impact Project.

The hospital’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Program is vying for the Pablove Shutterbugs project, which is a photography program for kids 6 years and older.

The project winners will be determined through an online public voting campaign at vote.livestrong.org. The voting period is now open and ends at 3 p.m. April 11.

After voting closes, the 39 organizations with the most votes in seven geographical regions across the country will receive up to $15,600 to replicate and implement one of three programs dedicated to supporting people living with cancer.

Randall Children’s Hospital’s Cancer and Blood Disorders program treats about 130 children with cancer each year.
