Vancouver-based MAJ Development Corp. has submitted an application to construct a fueling station for Fred Meyer as part of a retail complex on four reconfigured lots in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver.

The project, called Salmon Creek Retail, is to be developed in three phases at 406 N.E. 139th St., across the street from Fred Meyer and just off the Interstate 5 interchange under construction at 139th.

The work calls for a 6,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building with a drive-through, a 3,800-square-foot financial building with drive through and a 6,400-square-foot auto care center for Gaynor’s Automotive on property currently occupied by Gaynor’s.
