A 12-year-old Vancouver girl has been found safe after she was reported missing on Halloween.
Vancouver police asked for the public’s help in locating Julianna Vara, who was reported as a juvenile runaway. She had previously been seen last in the 1400 block of Northeast 86th Avenue wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and black Keds shoes and carrying a black leather bag.
